How it works

At Embodied Heart, we have designed our own unique play-based ABA therapy process to seamlessly meet your child's needs, as well as your family needs as a whole.
Icon
Assessment
Our ABA therapy journey begins with a comprehensive assessment process designed to gain deep insights into your child's strengths, challenges, and individual learning style. This assessment serves as the foundation upon which we build a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to meet your child's specific needs.
Icon
Treatment plan
Based on the assessment results, we create a customized treatment plan that outlines specific goals and objectives tailored to your child's needs. This plan serves as a roadmap for our therapy sessions, ensuring that we target areas of growth and development effectively.
Icon
In-home ABA therapy sessions
We know how much more effective ABA therapy is when it is held in your child’s natural environment. That’s why our  therapists come to your home to conduct one-on-one therapy sessions. This means we’re able to create a comfortable and supportive environment.
Icon
Family involvement
We believe in the importance of family involvement in the therapy process. That's why we collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, providing guidance, support, and resources to help reinforce skills learned during therapy sessions and promote generalization of those skills to real-life settings.
Icon
Ongoing progress monitoring
Throughout the course of therapy, we continuously monitor your child's progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. We use data-driven methods to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate milestones along the way.
Icon
Transition and follow-up
As your child progresses through therapy, we work collaboratively with you to prepare for transitions, whether it's transitioning to a new phase of treatment, transitioning to different environments, or transitioning out of therapy altogether. We also provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure that progress is maintained over time.
